London Build and Restore will agree formal conditions which are relevant to each project.

A typical payment structure is as follows:

  • 15% deposit to secure start date.
  • 20% on or just after start date.
  • 30% interim.
  • 30% interim.
  • 5% completion of snagging.

Timing of interim payments will be determined by the duration and complexity of the project and by the terms of suppliers of specific materials in each case.
